FK Lowry have successfully completed Piling Works for a new Bridge Project in South County Dublin. FK Lowry Piling undertook the Design and Installation of large Diameter Rotary Bored Piles for their client, Principal Contractor, Clonmel Enterprise. FK Lowry were sub-contracted to install 22 No. 900mm dia. Large Diameter Rotary Bored Piles utilising their Soilmec SR-95 Piling Rig over a 4 week programme. FK Lowry’s Business Development Manager Mark Mc Keown explains, “We’re delighted to have secured this project for our new client in Clonmel Enterprises. The project was challenging due to site constraints and rockhead depths varied greatly across the site. We had to install upwards on 19m of 1000mm temporary segmental casing and core granite bedrock rock sockets. We were really pleased with the way the project was delivered and look forward to repeat business with Clonmel Enterprise.

We contracted with FK Lowry Piling to deliver the design and installation of Rotary Bored Piling on our Druids Glen Project. We were very pleased with the progress they made and the professional nature in which they safely delivered the project. We look forward to using FK Lowry again in the future.
