Appointed as main contractor to undertake the design, conversion and restoration of the 18th century convent and gatehouse, located in Kent.
The project provided 20 sensitively refurbished apartments across 5 storeys of accommodation.
The gatehouse and stable were subsequently refurbished to provide new homes, whilst respecting the character and appearance of the existing building.
