FK Lowry Piling has just secured a £700,000 scheme close to Bournemouth town centre for McAleer & Rushe Group.
The scheme involves the redevelopment of the site to comprise a multi storey hotel and residential building including multi-tiered basement using 600mm and 750mm diameter contiguous flight auger piles with up to 9 meters of retained height.
Work on this contract commences on 6th November 2013 and has a 6 week working window
