A significant milestone was reached recently when FK Lowry installed the final pile on the £200M Belfast Transport Hub Project. The project is a joint venture of Farrans and Sacyr and they have been appointed to deliver the main works for the £200m major transport hub in Belfast City Centre.
The Project will include the construction of twenty-six new bus stands and eight railway platforms on the site of the old Great Victoria Street Station.
FK Lowry were contracted to design and install 1,700 CFA Bearing Piles using two Soilmec SR-75 and SF-65 Piling Rigs. FK Lowry delivered the project safely and to programme and budget.
